We’re looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial Senior Project Manager who will drive new initiatives, shape new service offerings, and turn ideas into real business. This is a role for a starter and a driver, someone who doesn’t wait for a template but creates one.

We partner with global customers to deliver enterprise software solutions. We focus on high-value projects where customers come to us for expertise and solutions, not just for people.
PROJECT
You’ll oversee a portfolio of existing projects with experienced teams already in place. Your main focus, though, will be on what comes next: launching new initiatives. You’ll work with the unit’s existing experts and initiate hiring where new capabilities are needed.
Lead new initiatives from idea to first contracts, shape service offerings and value propositions, and oversee project delivery while building teams and adapting approaches to each opportunity.
Manage customer-facing manufacturing digital transformation projects, coordinating plans, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams while guiding customers through operational improvements and project delivery.
Leads delivery of a global, Indigenous-led conservation initiative, managing the coordination unit, staff, partners, budgets, reporting, and monitoring while advancing community-led stewardship and biodiversity finance.
Lead Agile software development teams on a federal healthcare modernization project, managing application and systems delivery, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder alignment across the project lifecycle.
Lead end-to-end delivery of SpendIQ Phase 2 and a machine-learning predictive modeling initiative, owning project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder reporting while facilitating agile team execution.
