- Own motion design projects end-to-end, from brief through delivery, across major brand initiatives, campaigns, and tier-one events.
- Design and animate directly for key initiatives that require hands-on creative leadership.
- Maintain and evolve the brand motion language, ensuring consistency across events and core brand touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel, staying composed under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Direct, mentor, and provide effective feedback to motion designers and agency partners.
🛠️ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in motion design and creative direction, including prior leadership running workstreams.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design and typography fundamentals, a range of styles, and diverse project types.
- Mastery of motion and design principles, timing, keyframes, and visual systems.
- Expert knowledge of tools including After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift, and Figma.
- Experience working on tier-one brand moments such as global events or major campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
