About the role:
The Internet Bank Customer Journey team within the Digital Channels Tribe is responsible for developing and improving Internet Bank solutions for SEB customers across the Baltics.
Our work covers customer-facing banking journeys and the technical solutions behind them. We collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers and other technology teams in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
As a Senior Software Developer, you will have an important role in designing and developing scalable, secure and reliable solutions. We are looking for someone who combines strong software development expertise with a broad technical perspective, takes ownership and is willing to guide the team in technical matters.
You will contribute not only through coding, but also by proposing solutions, supporting technical decision-making, improving development practices and mentoring other developers.
Design and develop secure, scalable Internet Bank solutions, shape technical decisions across systems, improve engineering practices, and mentor developers supporting customer journeys across the Baltics.
Design, develop and maintain business-critical Internet Bank solutions, shaping technical architecture and leading complex initiatives while improving code quality, resolving production issues and mentoring developers.
Design, build, and operate production backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, integrating systems and data while contributing to architecture, delivery quality, and production reliability.
Design and evolve Java backend services for vehicle turnaround and fleet orchestration, building distributed, event-driven systems and internal tools that support reliable operations at branch and global scale.
Lead development of Java and Spring Boot microservices for core banking systems, integrating LLMs, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation into secure, scalable, API-driven applications.
