- Juris Doctor Degree from ABA Accredited University and Bachelors Degree Required.
- Licensed to practice law in one of U.S. States or District of Columbia.

- Possess outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to work collaboratively.

How you'll add value:
Working under the supervision of the Head of Legal:

Personally negotiate, draft, review and advise on key company agreements, including without limitation customer, vendor and partner contracts and NDAs.

Work with the company’s Deal Desk to improve company’s contracting processes, select a contract management systems and create automation in the sales contract process.

Contribute to legal team’s handling of issues relating to:

Assist Head of Legal with corporate governance, financing and equity issues.
