We are hiring full-time, bilingual (Spanish and English) Medical Virtual Assistants to handle patient scheduling and recapture for a busy multi-specialty medical practice in New York. You will call patients to book appointments with the practice's doctors, confirm upcoming visits, and help keep every doctor's schedule full. This is a phone-heavy role and we are hiring immediately.

Full Time: 40 hrs/week
Pay: $7.00 / hour

Responsibilities:
Requirements
Support behavioral health patients and providers by managing phone intake, referrals, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and scheduling across two practice locations.
Manage medical claims collections by checking payment status, auditing billing discrepancies, verifying insurance payments, and pursuing unpaid or denied claims and appeals to support accurate revenue cycle operations.
Manage U.S. healthcare prior authorizations, incoming calls, and staff credential records while supporting insurance verification, billing, scheduling, and other healthcare administration.
Manage U.S. healthcare claims and behavioral health prior authorizations, resolve billing issues, coordinate with insurers and patients, and maintain accurate records and follow-up workflows.
Manage medication prior authorizations, insurance eligibility and copay verification, EHR documentation, and administrative workflows to keep requests moving and reduce interruptions to clinical care.
