Full job description
Proxima is the Conversion Intelligence platform for ecommerce. Powered by a proprietary Commerce Graph spanning 73M+ unique buyers across 2,200+ ecommerce brands, representing $60B+ in cross-brand transactional signals, we help teams understand what actually drives conversion across the broader market, and turn those signals into clear creative direction.
Our data is behavior-based, not survey- or panel-driven, and not modeled intent — it's built on observed, cross-brand buying behavior, continuously updated in real time. Headquartered in New York City, we're a team of operators, builders, and ecommerce veterans who've built and scaled 8+ companies across commerce, data, and growth, now solving the hardest problems in modern customer acquisition.
About Proxima
Most companies spend years trying to understand their customers. We already know them. Proxima is a data intelligence platform built on a proprietary, real-time database of over 70 million anonymized shopper personas and growing. We give B2C businesses the AI-powered intelligence they need to acquire customers profitably, retain them efficiently, and operate smarter at scale.
We're on a mission to put institutional-grade data intelligence within reach of every brand — not just the giants. Profitable growth starts with better data, and we've built the engine to prove it.
About The Role
As an Account Manager at Proxima, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve and maximize their ROI through outstanding support and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in account management, excelling at client retention, contract renewals, and revenue expansion. If you thrive in fast-changing environments, have a knack for project management, and enjoy collaborating across functions, this is the role for you.
