- Independently manage the commercial operations of logistics properties.
- Support tenants and manage tenant relationships.
- Coordinate service providers, utilities, and suppliers.
- Manage lease contracts, accounts receivable, service charge statements, budgets, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate rental-space handovers and takeovers, inspect properties, and prepare reports on time.
- Work closely with technical property managers, accounting, and asset management.
🛠️ Requirements
- Completed real estate-specific training or a related degree; an additional qualification is preferred.
- Several years of experience managing commercial real estate.
- Work independently and responsibly, with a service-oriented approach to tenants.
- Demonstrate teamwork, commitment, flexibility, and assertiveness.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or property management systems, especially Yardi.
- German at native or bilingual level and English at professional working level.

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Germany.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
- Independent commercial management of commercial properties (logistics).
- Tenant support and relationship management.
- Supervision and coordination of service providers, utilities, and suppliers.
- Lease contract management and accounts receivable management.
- Preparation of service charge statements in collaboration with the accounting team.
- Budget preparation and budget control.
- Cost monitoring and cost optimization.
- Handover and takeover of rental spaces.
- Regular inspections of properties.
- Timely preparation of reports.
- Close collaboration with technical property managers, accounting, and asset management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- Completed real estate-specific training (e.g., Real Estate Clerk, Real Estate Specialist) or a related degree, preferably with an additional qualification (e.g., Real Estate Economist).
- Several years of experience in property management for commercial real estate.
- Independent and responsible working style.
- Confident demeanor when dealing with tenants and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Strong team spirit, commitment, flexibility, and assertiveness.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with ERP/Property Management systems, especially Yardi.
- Language skills: German (native or bilingual level), English (professional working level).
