🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in finance (FP&A, big four, investment banking or similar) and/or management consulting with a strong hands-on financial modelling capability.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Creative problem-solver with high attention to detail, comfortable working independently and across functions.
- Eager to understand the operational detail by working closely with the business.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, including when the problem, decision criteria or required data are not yet clearly defined.
- Comfortable presenting financial insights to senior business leaders.
- Continuous improvement mindset, including process streamlining and task automation.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and data manipulation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on FP&A professional to be fully embedded in business areas that match strategic priorities at Ovoko. This is an individual-contributor role where you’ll work alongside the business area owner and act as the finance partner for performance metrics, analytics, resource allocation and key decisions. You’ll own your area, form independent views, and be the person business owners turn to before a big call gets made. Some questions will arrive before the data or process exists; you’ll define the problem and recommend a path forward.

SALARY
The offered salary range is €3610 - €4280 gross per month. We are also open to discussing your expectations based on your competencies and experience.
