We are seeking an accomplished Vice President, Employer Sales to lead this next chapter of growth. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Success, you will own the Employer Sales business and be accountable for delivering new business and expansion Contract Lives and bookings across the employer segment, including Jumbo, Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB, and emerging opportunities such as GLP-1. This is a high-impact commercial leadership role combining business ownership, go-to-market strategy, enterprise selling, organizational leadership, and cross-functional influence — you'll build a predictable, scalable employer sales engine while helping shape how Omada competes and wins in a rapidly evolving healthcare market.

Below is a summary of salary range for this role*. These ranges represent a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for the position at the time of posting.
Range: $420,800 - $476,000
* Range is indicative of On Target Earnings (OTE) and includes both base pay and commission at 100% achievement of established targets. Base salary is approximately 52% - 58% of total compensation range. This role is also eligible for equity grants. The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
