Join our team as a Project Manager!
This is a hybrid role based out of our Denver office in Westminster, CO. The position is salaried and includes eligibility for overtime pay.
As a Project Manager at Matrix Technologies, you will lead complex industrial engineering, automation, and EPC projects from planning through completion. Working with multidisciplinary teams that may include process, mechanical, electrical, controls, automation, civil, structural, and architectural professionals, you will play a critical role in delivering successful projects while driving profitability, schedule performance, clear communication, and client satisfaction.
This role manages large multidisciplinary projects, major single-discipline projects, systems integration projects, and both EPC and services-only engagements. You will build strong client relationships, guide project teams, and help position Matrix for repeat business. COMPENSATION
Base salary range: $87,000 to $120,000 annually. Salaries are based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may participate in profit sharing, ESOP ownership, 401(k) matching, quarterly bonus opportunities, and overtime pay for salaried positions.

As a Supervisor for the 2nd shift, you will lead a team in maintaining and improving advanced manufacturing facilities, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.
As a Planning Engineer, you will develop project schedules, identify critical paths, and coordinate updates with stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
