Full job description
Lexroom is building the AI platform where legal work gets done. In just over two years, we've grown from zero to €25M ARR, and today more than 20,000 legal professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria rely on Lexroom.
We're backed by $73M from Left Lane Capital, Base10 Partners, and Eurazeo, and we're a team of around 300 builders who move fast, say things straight, and own each outcome.
Our next goal? Become Europe's most-used legal product.
Why Lexroom?
Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe.
Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition.
Deliver Meaningful Results: Your contribution will directly influence how legal professionals work—faster, clearer, and more efficiently.
At Lexroom, we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you’ll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world.
Role
As our customer base expands and our international footprint grows (currently operating across 5+ European markets, including France and Bulgaria), we are looking for a Head of Operations to build, refine, and scale the operational engine powering our Revenue, People, Legal, and Finance teams.
Your key responsibilities
Operating Workflows & Bottleneck Identification: Map, document, and continuously optimize end-to-end workflows across Revenue Ops (Sales, Marketing, CS), People Ops, Legal, and Finance Ops across multiple countries.
Operations Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the functional roadmap from start to finish. Implement robust prioritization frameworks to align resource allocation directly with overall company strategy.
Cross-Team Tooling & CRM Architecture: Act as the primary architect for our GTM and company tooling stack (HubSpot, Clay, Aircall, Aimfox, etc.). Lead tool selection, integration, and consolidation decisions.
AI & Agentic Automation Leadership: Keep Lexroom at the non-engineering AI frontier. Implement internal AI tools, orchestration agents, and automated workflows, evangelizing AI adoption across non-technical teams.
Team Leadership & Operational Execution: Manage, mentor, and grow the team of operational specialists and leads. Establish clear working rhythms, 1:1s, parallel project execution, and effective escalation pathways.
