Compliance Specialists are responsible for agency reporting, processing move-ins and recertifications, sending out notices, monitoring resident accounts, and more. Maintain NDIS audit readiness by organising compliance records, tracking worker requirements, monitoring ShiftCare notes and incidents, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting rostering and administrative workflows.
Review and edit stormwater compliance reports, verify asset and site information, coordinate client requests with field crews, and support annual reporting and field teams.
Manage payer access and contracting workflows for specialty pharmacies, including network applications, claims research, licensing and credentialing, and partner support across health-system relationships.
Conduct compliance testing across bank products and fintech partners, document findings, strengthen controls, and assess regulatory changes to support safe, sustainable partner banking programs.
Maintain customer-facing security assurance content and govern AI agents supporting trust workflows, ensuring documentation and AI-generated outputs remain accurate, reliable, and aligned with current practices.
