As the Tax Account Registration Specialist, you own the end-to-end health of our customers' tax profiles. You are a research-driven self-starter who loves breaking down complicated concepts into simple terms and solving problems with an automation-forward mindset.
The Tax Account Registration Specialist, is responsible for the complete lifecycle management of tax registrations and third-party access (TPA) for our customers. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with the Onboarding, Payroll Tax Operation, Payroll Tax Notice and Customer Success Organization teams to gather necessary information, ensuring successful relationships with all stakeholders. A crucial function of this position is State Agency relationship management. The Specialist will combine operational expertise and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve inquiries and issues while ensuring every tax profile is accurate, compliant, and prepared for seamless filing.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $35.58 to $43.27 per hour.
