Manage bookkeeping for an ABA therapy provider, including high-volume payment and deposit processing, account reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, receivables follow-up, and month-end close support.
Manage bookkeeping across multiple US small-business client files, maintaining accurate, current records through transaction coding, account reconciliations, payables and receivables, and month-end preparation.
Provides daily executive and office support while managing inbound client communications, bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial records using QuickBooks and Infusionsoft (Keap).
The Bookkeeper processes accounts payable and receivable, maintains accurate financial records, resolves transaction discrepancies, and supports reconciliations, internal controls, and timely financial reporting.
