As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Hostaway, you'll take ownership of building and evolving the interfaces that our customers rely on every day. You'll be a key contributor to our frontend architecture, working in close collaboration with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver intuitive, high-performance experiences at scale. Beyond shipping features, you'll help raise the bar across the team — through code reviews, mentorship, and driving technical improvements that make everyone more effective.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality UI components, features, and reusable libraries that support our design system.
Develop intuitive, performant, accessible, and responsive user experiences across browsers and devices.
Build and maintain frontend integrations with backend services, including REST APIs, and WebSocket-based real-time functionality.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex frontend issues, including memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and production bugs.
Define, present, and lead relevant technical initiatives with a clear understanding of the challenge, why it matters, and the impact the delivery brings.
Contribute to testing, code reviews, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices to ensure quality and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and support the monitoring and reliability of released software in production.
Build and improve Reddit’s advertising experiences across desktop and mobile web, developing reliable ad-format infrastructure and browser-level solutions that protect performance, accessibility, and user experience.
Develop and improve high-performance Angular applications for bank cash transactions, delivering reliable front-end solutions while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams and mentoring colleagues.
Build and ship end-to-end product experiences for telehealth, working across frontend, APIs, and databases while using AI tools to prototype, validate, and improve software for patients and care teams.
Develop and maintain customer-facing frontend applications with React and TypeScript, owning deliverables from technical design through implementation, testing, and defect resolution within an Agile team.
Lead development of a next-generation practice management platform by advancing its micro-frontend architecture and building reusable React interfaces, tools, and components that improve product quality and engineering efficiency.
