- Maintain accurate and organized records of all lien communications, negotiations, and resolutions.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Lien Negotiator, ideally within a personal injury law firm.
- Strong knowledge of medical liens, subrogation rights, and reimbursement obligations.
- Familiarity with personal injury law, settlements, and disbursement processes.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a professional, client-centered approach.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with case management software (e.g., MyCase, Filevine, or similar).
- Authorized to work as an independent contractor in your home country.
- Stable wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with reliable backup

Responsibilities
