- Own and evolve the core Home experience on the React Native app.
- Partner with product, design, data, and backend teams to define technical direction and mentor others.
- Build a deep understanding of member journeys and how Home connects to core care experiences.
- Identify key drop-offs in the Home funnel and prioritize experiments.
- Ship improvements focusing on performance, reliability, and polish.
- Drive cross-team initiatives to enhance the end-to-end journey from Home through sessions and care plans.
🛠️ Requirements
- 4+ years of practical software engineering experience, including building and shipping user-facing applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on React Native experience building mobile applications at scale.
- Experience designing and implementing server-driven UI or configuration-driven presentation layers.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript, React Native, and modern mobile development tooling.
