We are growing and opening a position for an PE Accountant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting the registration process of new Private Entrepreneurs (PEs).
Workload: 200−250 PEs simultaneously. - Assisting with opening bank accounts, providing further support, and consulting on PE liquidation.
- Preparing and submitting tax reports for PEs.
- Paying taxes, compensation, and insurance contributions.
- Providing consultations on opening accounts in payment systems and processing payments.
- Interacting with government institutions (tax authorities, banks, etc.).
- Preparing contracts and invoices.
- Providing consulting support to team members on PE-related matters.
- Other related services for the request of Helpware.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Private Entrepreneurs (PE) in accounting, economics, or finance.
- Understanding of Ukrainian tax legislation (especially for PE Group 3).
- Experience interacting with government services/institutions.
- Ability to work with banking systems and financial documents.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
- English sufficient for internal communication (minimum B 2.1).
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, tables).
- Strong motivation to learn and develop in accounting and finance.
Would be a strong plus:
- Experience working with Private Entrepreneurs in accounting, economics, or finance.
