Keep client records, renewals, claims, and communications moving with accuracy and care. We’re looking for a detail-focused AU Insurance Administrator who can maintain reliable records, coordinate renewals, support quoting, and keep claims activity organised. If you enjoy structured processes, clear communication, and staying ahead of deadlines, this role is built for you.

Work Setup: Hybrid in Pampanga office

Role Overview

As our AU Insurance Administrator, you’ll support day-to-day insurance operations by maintaining client records, managing documents and communications, coordinating pre-renewal and renewal activity, preparing comparative quotes, following up debtor statements, and tracking claims. You’ll help ensure information stays accurate, accessible, and aligned with company processes so clients and internal teams receive timely, dependable support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Client Records: Keep client information current and organise digital files for easy retrieval, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Manage Documents: Save invoices and related records in the Document Management System in line with company protocols.

  • Keep Communications Moving: Manage incoming and outgoing emails to support timely responses and proper documentation.

  • Coordinate Pre-Renewals: Allocate renewal tasks and prepare pre-renewal templates, emails, and schedules.

  • Support Renewal Processing: Obtain renewal terms and clearly highlight changes and claims history for review.

  • Prepare Comparative Quotes: Source quotes using current client data and claims history to support informed renewal decisions.

  • Assist Debtor Follow-Ups: Retrieve debtor reports and send statement reminders where required.

  • Track Claims Activity: Monitor and manage claims in the CRM system, keeping records accurate, current, and easy to follow.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2–3 years of Australian insurance experience.
