Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
What the Role Looks Like
This position is for an LPC licensed in West Virginia who will provide counseling to clients through scheduled video appointments. You may work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, or difficult changes in their lives. Most of your time will be spent in therapy sessions, with additional time for notes and case-related follow-up. The role is fully remote and focused on client care rather than office-based responsibilities.

Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, helping them address relationship, parenting, grief, stress, and family concerns while maintaining clinical records and coordinating care.
Provide virtual psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing relationship, parenting, grief, and family-change concerns while maintaining clinical documentation and responding appropriately to safety risks.
Provide individual telehealth therapy to adults, manage a full-time caseload and clinical records, monitor client needs, and coordinate with the clinical team and other providers when appropriate.
Provide virtual psychotherapy to clients experiencing mental health and life challenges, maintain clinical records, coordinate with healthcare and community providers, and help clients access appropriate resources.
Provide individual, couples, and family counseling through clinical assessments, personalized treatment plans, evidence-based interventions, and crisis support for clients facing a range of mental health concerns.
