Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
This full-time remote role is open to an LICSW licensed in Massachusetts. You’ll work with adults who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, or other issues affecting their everyday lives. The work is focused on providing thoughtful therapy, staying organized with your cases, and making sure important concerns are followed through appropriately. You’ll have room to work independently while remaining connected to the clinical team when another perspective is useful.

Provide virtual individual and family counseling to adults, guide scheduled therapy sessions, maintain timely clinical documentation, and collaborate with colleagues on complex cases while meeting Minnesota professional requirements.
Provide individual, couples, and family counseling through clinical assessments, personalized treatment plans, evidence-based interventions, and crisis support for clients facing a range of mental health concerns.
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy for diverse clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting care, and delivering evidence-based interventions and crisis support.
Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy in a virtual outpatient setting, using clinical screenings and referral triage to support patient-centered, culturally competent care and improved outcomes.
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, helping them address relationship, parenting, grief, stress, and family concerns while maintaining clinical records and coordinating care.
