Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
This is a full-time remote position for an LMHC licensed in Rhode Island. You’ll work one-on-one with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, or changes that have become difficult to manage on their own. Most of your day will be spent in scheduled counseling sessions. You’ll also keep up with the clinical records connected to your work and make sure any concerns that need closer attention are addressed promptly.

Provide individual and family counseling through telehealth, assess new clients, guide therapy, maintain clinical records, and coordinate with the clinical team while supporting clients’ changing needs.
Provide outpatient telehealth counseling to clients, primarily adults, managing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationships; handle sessions, intakes, documentation, follow-up, and referrals.
Provide individual and family therapy through telehealth, assess clients and develop personalized treatment plans, and document progress while supporting mental health and emotional well-being.
Provides individual therapy to clients via secure telehealth, assesses clinical and psychosocial needs, maintains documentation, and coordinates with professionals and community resources to support client care.
Provide scheduled telehealth therapy to clients across Arkansas, maintain clinical records, follow up on care concerns, and consult with the clinical team on higher-risk cases.
