Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
This full-time remote role is open to Minnesota-licensed LICSWs, LMFTs, and LPCCs. You will work with clients through virtual appointments and provide counseling for concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, family issues, and other challenges affecting everyday life. The position includes direct client care, required documentation, and regular communication with the clinical team when additional input is needed.

Provide individual and family therapy through telehealth, assess clients and develop personalized treatment plans, and document progress while supporting mental health and emotional well-being.
Provide individual telehealth counseling to clients navigating emotional, behavioral, and personal concerns, while maintaining clear clinical records, monitoring changes in care, and responding to urgent safety concerns.
Provide individual and family therapy through telehealth, assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and support clients’ mental health and emotional well-being.
Provide outpatient telehealth counseling to clients, primarily adults, managing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationships; handle sessions, intakes, documentation, follow-up, and referrals.
Provides individual therapy to clients via secure telehealth, assesses clinical and psychosocial needs, maintains documentation, and coordinates with professionals and community resources to support client care.
