Coordinating with tutors and booking lessons to keep every class on track.
Solving ad-hoc operational challenges across multiple European markets.
Partnering with our Global Customer Care Managers to improve processes and share market feedback.

Guide customers through reservations and digital vehicle pick-up by phone, email, and video, resolving questions and coordinating with international stations to ensure a smooth start to their journey.
Provide specialized support for finance features in a veterinary practice platform, resolving customer questions about invoicing, payments, tax, and accounting while improving support processes and customer experience.
Help German-speaking customers choose travel products and services through friendly, tailored phone support, building product expertise while delivering an effortless customer experience.
Handle inbound calls from customers moving home, cancelling or transferring services, and new occupiers, using active listening and persuasive sales skills to offer suitable products and meet service and sales targets.
