We are working with an organization in the Atlanta area seeking a Senior Accountant for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who can quickly step in to support month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounting operations, and assisting with process improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Own general accounting and close activities while preparing financial statements, supporting audits and management reporting, strengthening controls, forecasting budgets, and analyzing multistate sales and use tax.
Own general ledger accounting and financial reporting for assigned Americas entities, leading end-to-end close, audit coordination, reconciliations, and process improvements under US GAAP.
Own financial reporting and close for assigned areas, strengthen controls, research complex accounting matters, and lead process improvements and automation in partnership with teams across the business.
Own full-cycle accounting for French client entities while establishing the processes, controls, tools, and operating model needed to scale compliant French accounting delivery.
Manage accounts payable, payroll, expense and accrual accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close while improving financial processes and providing accurate reporting to support business operations.
