- Shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for user experience and market validation.
- Partner with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype, test, and deploy features in fast sprints.
- Create screencasts, product videos, demos, and messaging to communicate product value and drive adoption.
- Gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine priorities and improve retention.
- Develop onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, recruitment, and growth.
- Shadow customer interactions and align product priorities and dashboards with C-level stakeholders.

- Startup or consulting background in product/operations.
- Familiarity with 0→1 product launches.
- Proven playbook-building for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems
- Nice to have: experience, ability, or interest with UI/UX, AI, software engineering

We are looking for a Product Manager to work directly with our CPO, building innovative AI products from 0→1 in a hands-on startup environment. This role blends product leadership, operational execution, and strategic support for the founding team, emphasizing rapid iteration and scalable systems. This is an intense role, but comes with the ability to work closely with leadership, and have a high degree of impact.
