- Lead the design and implementation of Everlaw's technical AI strategy.
- Guide engineers in using AI and share knowledge through tech talks and study groups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve AI leadership in litigation.
- Identify new opportunities for AI applications in legal tech.
- Participate in early access programs with major AI labs to provide feedback on models.
🛠️ Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in ML/AI and 8+ years in software engineering.
- Experience leading significant AI projects and applying LLMs in production.
- Proficient in at least one scripting language, such as Python.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and explain technical concepts.
