What the work is

Drop Zero Digital is a lifecycle marketing agency, and in Indonesia we are taking on one person with a talent for deciding. Our AI image service is the fastest growing thing we sell, so wherever you land, you are helping that service grow.

A single named area will be yours. We assign it once the trial has shown what you do best, and it will be one of these:

1. Hiring. You look after how we find, screen and take on people, running the funnel from sourcing through chasing and scheduling, keeping the tracker accurate, and telling us straight when the process itself needs fixing.
2. Client delivery. You look after how client work gets planned, briefed, chased and shipped, keeping to deadlines, giving the team a full brief and making sure nothing sits stuck.

The core is identical in both. Spot the slip, pick a response, finish the job without waiting for a nudge.

Do not expect an assistant seat or a coordinator seat. Real decisions arrive daily and we grade you on how sound they are, not on the size of your pile. Our plan is a team that decides well unmanaged, so a job that begins each morning with someone telling you what to do will disappoint you.

The steps, in order, and we tell you all of it now

1. Application with a short Loom video. Research us first.
2. A short test by email: one real decision task, your internet speed, your computer, and a paragraph on your work history.
3. A 15 minute call with the founder.
4. A recorded video interview. One take, no re-records. We verify the work history you've told us about.
5. A paid trial of six to eight weeks doing the real job.

In the trial we make our decision, and we also fix which of the two areas is yours. You are on live work from week one, with a frank account from us of each call. It is paid from day one: half rate for the first two weeks while you find your feet, full rate from week three onward, and a completion payment when you finish the trial, whether or not we hire you. If we stop early, you are paid for the days you worked.

About your experience

We ask for no number of years. We check your work history against what you tell us, and a false answer ends the application.

For whichever roles you name, we verify employer, dates, title and paid status through a contract and payslips, all in one exchange. One full-time job inside the last 12 months is required. Past that, a short history is fine. If you misstate the history you have, you are disqualified, and an honest short account is never held against you.

Requirements

1. Full time after hire, and this job is your only one. On the paid trial you work 4 hours a day with us, 2 at a fixed time inside our working day, and your present job can continue. If you pass, you give notice and join full time within 30 days.
2. Reliable internet of at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us.
3. Strong written English.
4. Based in Indonesia.
5. Your working time goes into our time tracking tool from day one.

Benefits

1000 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked.

Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent. The 90 days count from the day you start full time.
