Operations Associate (Hiring or Client Delivery)

A decision maker wanted in Armenia

We are looking in Armenia for one person who makes good calls. Spend ten minutes on our website and LinkedIn before you apply. In your Loom we will ask what we do, where you found out about us, and why you want to work at Drop Zero Digital. Anything generic, the sort of answer any company could receive, will not pass.

Where the role sits

We are Drop Zero Digital, a lifecycle marketing agency, and our AI image service is the fastest growing thing we do. The Armenia hire gets one named area to own, and growing that service is what the area is for.

Which area comes later. The trial will show where you are strongest, and then we decide. It will be one of these:

1. The hiring machine, meaning how we find, screen and hire. The funnel is yours end to end: sourcing, chasing, scheduling, a tracker we can believe, and a clear word to us whenever the process is the thing that is broken.
2. Client delivery operations, meaning how work for clients is planned, briefed, chased and shipped. You keep timelines, brief the team well and catch whatever is quietly stalling.

Strip it back and it is one job. Notice the slip, decide what to do, close it without being asked.

It is not an assistant role, and it is not coordination. Daily you will make real decisions and we will rate you on their quality over their number. We are assembling people who decide well without supervision. Anyone wanting a morning to do list from us will be disappointed.

Your history, checked

There is no required count of years. We check your work history against what you tell us, and a false answer ends the application.

For any employment you list we confirm employer, dates, title and paid status, with a contract and payslips, in one exchange. Full time work at some point in the last 12 months is needed. Past that, no minimum applies and a brief history is no problem. Lying about the history you do have disqualifies you, while the honest version carries no penalty.

The qualities we look for

1. You make decisions and take ownership of them, wrong ones too.
2. You can say which decisions are yours and which are not, and you are right about it in both directions.
3. Feedback is information to you. You adapt, but you keep your position where you have good reason.
4. You get better quickly, because rising from seventy percent is better than sitting at eighty five.
5. You say so when something is failing, our process included.
6. You are honest and clear on paper, most of all about problems.

How the process works, and we tell you all of it now

1. Application with a short Loom video. Research us first.
2. A short test by email: one real decision task, your internet speed, your computer, and a paragraph on your work history.
3. A 15 minute call with the founder.
4. A recorded video interview. One take, no re-records. We verify the work history you've told us about.
5. A paid trial of six to eight weeks doing the real job.

Decisions are made in the trial, which also settles your area. By week one you are making calls on live work, and we report back openly on each. It is paid from day one: half rate for the first two weeks while you find your feet, full rate from week three onward, and a completion payment when you finish the trial, whether or not we hire you. If we stop early, you are paid for the days you worked.

Requirements

1. Full time on hire and this is your only job. In the paid trial you work 4 hours a day for us, with 2 at a fixed time inside our working day, and your current job stays. When you pass, you give notice and begin full time within 30 days.
2. Reliable internet: 30 Mbps down or better and 5 Mbps up or better, tested live with us.
3. Strong written English.
4. Based in Armenia.
5. From day one your working time is tracked in our time tracking tool.

Benefits

1500 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked.

Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent. The 90 days count from the day you start full time.

On top of that:

Pay and responsibility move quickly for the people who earn them. Authority over client facing decisions moves slowly, by design, and is earned on a track record rather than a good first month. We prefer to say that today over you finding out in month two.
