About the Role:
Dragos is hiring an Associate Principal Incident Responder in Germany to lead OT incident response and strengthen customer IR maturity across Europe. You’ll run active investigations and deliver advisory work, including maturity assessments, tabletop exercises, and purple teaming, while improving our IR methodologies and representing Dragos as a thought leader. Ideal for practitioners who are equally strong executing investigations and advising on strategy.

Lead OT incident response investigations as Incident Commander while advising customers on readiness, response maturity, and strategy through assessments, planning workshops, and exercises.
Lead customer incident response engagements, investigate and contain cyber threats, identify root causes, and turn threat intelligence into clear response strategies and guidance for technical and executive stakeholders.
Leads complex threat investigations, incident response, and hypothesis-driven threat hunts across customer environments, while improving detections and coaching analysts on the MDR team.
Identify, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats as part of the Security Incident Response Team, while building response tools and improving detection, incident processes, and defensive posture.
Lead the investigative execution of active cyber incidents as a Senior Incident Response Analyst, collaborating with customers and MSPs to contain and remediate threats effectively.
