Salary: AUD 2,000 โ 2,500 per month (flexible for top-tier talent)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to support the Australian team with end-to-end loan packaging, CRM management, and settlement coordination. This is a backend-focused offshore role where you will work closely with a Senior Australian Credit Analyst to move deals from start to finish efficiently and accurately.
Duties & Responsibilities:
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Manage and maintain Mercury Nexus (Connective) CRM
- Keep pipelines clean with accurate notes, task tracking, and status updates
- Ensure applications move through correct workflow stages without delays
Loan Processing & Packaging (End-to-End Support)
- Set up new files and provide compliance and administrative support
- Package and prepare mortgage applications for submission
- Check, rename, and organise documents accurately and consistently
- Identify missing or incorrect documentation and resolve issues early
- Prepare supporting documentation for submission and internal review
- Perform accurate data entry across CRM and lender platforms
Pricing & Application Coordination
- Assist with pricing requests
- Prepare and submit AOL (Approval/Authority/Application packs as required)
- Order valuations and track progress through to completion
Settlement & Progression Support
- Follow up with lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers to keep files progressing
- Track lender conditions, outstanding items, and settlement timelines
- Monitor deadlines and escalate issues proactively
- Provide regular internal updates to ensure visibility across the team
