We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will keep our bank, credit card, and vendor records accurate, allocate costs across multiple projects, and flag discrepancies before they become problems. Key Responsibilities
Bank & Credit Card Accounting
- Record and allocate daily bank transactions, including checking accounts and credit card activity.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly bank and credit card statements.
Accounts Payable
- Maintain the AP subledger.
- Regularly reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Cost Allocation
- Allocate COGS, direct costs, and operational expenses across multiple projects and cost centers.
Accuracy & Control
- Identify, track, and flag discrepancies or irregularities in financial data for internal review
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, including at least 1 year with a U.S.-based company.
- Professional education in accounting.
- Confident QuickBooks Online (or Desktop) user with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, from basic bookkeeping to reconciliations (mandatory).
- English level B1-B2 or higher.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Good to have:
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- U.S. tax preparation skills.
- Understanding of U.S. payroll.

As a Brewery Accountant, you'll manage outsourced accounting for 7-14 brewery clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and high-level client service in a fully remote environment.
Supports accounting operations by managing supplier payments, reconciliations, inventory accounting, journal entries, and month-end close while maintaining accurate records under Polish accounting standards.
Create realistic Excel accounting tasks, solve them to establish correct answers, and write precise yes-or-no rubrics that evaluate how well AI models perform professional accounting work.
Own day-to-day accounts receivable and payable operations, including payment processing, reconciliations, accurate ledger records, and month-end close support in an international finance team.
Reviews and reconciles payroll across countries, entities, and providers, investigates discrepancies, and delivers consolidated reporting that helps HR and Finance understand payroll costs and changes.
