- Design, create, and maintain e-learning courses.

- Collect feedback to track knowledge retention and inform continuous improvement efforts.

- High personal accountability and flexibility to adapt in a changing environment.

- Fluent in English (C2 level).

Who We're Looking For:
As a Technical Trainer for Creatio, you will join our Academy team to drive training events focused on our ongoing innovation in the CRM and workflow automation space through our AI-powered No-Code platform.You will be responsible for training a variety of audiences, including our customers and partners, both online and at customer locations. To thrive in this role, you must be experienced in delivering technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences. You love to learn new technologies quickly.The role is based in Mexico City, with 2-3 days in the office.
