Join an early-stage AI company as its first engineering hire, working directly with the founder. You will turn a functioning product into scalable infrastructure for AI-powered service businesses, with the opportunity to grow into a CTO role as the company develops.
Build scalable agentic infrastructure to support substantial growth in users and workloads.
Design and operate the agent runtime, including orchestration, memory, and systems for verification.
Own engineering work end to end across backend, infrastructure, frontend, and AI agents.
Set the architecture, technology choices, and engineering practices.
Ship improvements regularly to customers running real businesses on the product.
