- Act as the primary day-to-day operations partner for EMEA and APAC sales managers, supporting pipeline management calls and ensuring adherence to CRM and sales process standards.

- Partner with the Sales Enablement team to ensure adoption of key sales practices, tools, and methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC) across EMEA and APAC teams.

- Direct experience supporting a quota-carrying sales team in an operational or business partnering capacity
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management and deal tracking
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, or HR to execute on a shared operational process
- Prior exposure to sales compensation plan administration or incentive program tracking
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a comparable enterprise sales qualification methodology
- Experience supporting EMEA or APAC sales teams, including comfort working across multiple time zones
- Experience participating in annual or quarterly planning cycles for an international sales team, including territory design or quota distribution
- Exposure to sales forecasting processes, including pipeline review cadences and call preparation
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, AI-powered CRM features, or sales intelligence platforms) to improve operational efficiency or accelerate analysis
- Own operational execution across the regional sales lifecycle — from lead qualification through deal closure — identifying bottlenecks and driving process improvements.

- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems teams to support regional forecasting, goal-setting, and quarterly business reviews
- Partner with the Sales Enablement team to ensure adoption of key sales practices, tools, and methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC) across EMEA and APAC teams
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a GTM-facing business operations role within a SaaS or software company
