The Role
Our client success team is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee complex technical implementations from inception to completion. Reporting to Director of Projects, you will work closely with cross-functional technical teams, client stakeholders, hardware engineers, and sub-contractors. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our urban mobility developments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
How to make an impact
Project Launch & Planning: Set comprehensive project schedules, build robust project plans, and align all internal resources, engineering developments, and external sub-contractors from project kickoff.
Client Management: Build and nurture positive, trusted working relationships with clients, provide regular status updates, and champion final customer product validation and acceptance.
Budget & Tracking: Oversee project delivery within contract scope, track budgets, prepare fiscal reports, and proactively communicate potential delays or risks to stakeholders.
Technical Coordination: Interpret integration specifications, analyze hardware engineering drawings, and synthesize analytical and statistical project data to guide decision-making.
About you
You are an organized, analytical communicator who excels at bridging technical complexity with client satisfaction. Thriving in collaborative environments, you bring a solution-oriented mindset and natural curiosity to hardware and system integration challenges. You take pride in building strong, transparent relationships with clients and internal cross-functional teams alike.
Your background
Proven track record in end-to-end technical project management, including scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation.
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, driving customer acceptance, and delivering transparent status reporting.
Ability to read and interpret hardware engineering drawings and integration specifications.
Experience analyzing and presenting complex technical, statistical, and analytical data to diverse stakeholders.
Strong experience coordinating multi-party initiatives involving cross-functional teams and third-party sub-contractors.

Drive AI initiatives for the Customer Service Center, identifying automation opportunities, prototyping solutions, coordinating implementation, and measuring their impact on operational efficiency and customer experience.
Develop and maintain project schedules for construction and infrastructure projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and integrating cost, risk, and project controls to support informed decisions.
Coordinate Value & Access team operations and client projects, combining project planning, financial and resource support, scientific research, data handling, and quality control to help deliver accurate work on time.
The Special Projects Lead scopes and prioritizes cross-functional improvements, coordinates delivery, and leads implementation and handoff, using AI and automation to improve how teams operate.
Manage medium-sized projects from initiation through closure, coordinating cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, risks, and implementation to deliver outcomes aligned with project scope and objectives.
