Job Description
- Coordination of the operational changes and releases of all live service elements, with focus on planning, coordination of resources and activities, and version controlling, whilst maintaining quality and minimising risk.
- Ensuring that Release and Change Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are reported, and their targets are met.
- Coordinating with DevSecOps Engineers and other technical teams for deployments, automation improvements and release optimisation.
- Collaborating with project and operational teams to ensure effective system change and release implementation.
- Assisting in support models set up and in managing transition of projects and new services into the business-as-usual model.
- Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, 3rd parties, etc. to ensure timely change and release implementation and contractual fulfilment, when applicable.
- Follow up on the release and operational changes activities at all the stages of release and change lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Excellent understanding and practical knowledge of ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event and Knowledge Management.
- Proficiency with IT service management tools as defined or agreed by the CA.
