Coordinate campus recruiting events and university partnerships, manage interview logistics and candidate communications, and support prescreens, reporting, and projects that strengthen the early talent pipeline.
Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications across the hiring process, maintain accurate ATS records, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience.
Own end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to source and assess candidates, provide market insights, and improve hiring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
Supervise AI recruiting agents, handle sensitive candidate conversations and offer negotiations, audit recruiting pipeline quality, and improve agent performance and human-AI operating practices.
