Manage Michigan no-fault and insurance defense cases from intake through resolution, handling discovery, motions, negotiations, client reporting, and trial preparation while building relationships with carrier clients.
Negotiate commercial and strategic technology agreements, advise Product and Engineering on launches, and support AI governance, privacy, and legal processes that enable business growth while managing risk.
Represent employers in employment litigation from case strategy through trial and appeals, drafting legal documents, conducting research, appearing in court and administrative proceedings, and advising clients.
Commercial Counsel supporting global sales by negotiating enterprise SaaS and partnership agreements, advising on deal structures and legal risks, and developing scalable practices that help teams close transactions efficiently.
Represent insurers in complex coverage disputes and litigation, developing case strategy, analyzing policies, advising clients, drafting legal documents, and participating in arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and settlements.
