About the role:
We're looking for a hands-on QA Engineer to own feature quality across web, Android, and integrations. You'll combine manual and exploratory testing with AI tools, validate automated test coverage, and investigate issues beyond the UI to ensure features are ready for release.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of quality, is curious and proactive, and isn't afraid to dig into technical details. You should be comfortable collaborating closely with developers and product managers, using AI thoughtfully, validating its output, and continuously improving testing practices and workflows.
What you'll do:
Own feature quality. Take responsibility for QA from requirements and design review through production. Identify risks early and make evidence-based release decisions.
Test with AI. Use AI tools daily for test design, edge cases, investigation, log analysis, and automation.
Test across platforms. Perform exploratory, functional, integration, and regression testing across Android, web, and integrations.
Dig deeper. Investigate issues using logs, network traffic, APIs, DevTools, and code diffs.
Guard the automation. Validate E2E test coverage against TestRail scenarios, monitor CI results, investigate failures, and improve automated tests.
Close the loop. Follow bugs through investigation, resolution, verification, and closure.
Move the team forward. Share AI-assisted testing practices and drive QA process improvements.
What you bring:
3+ years of hands-on QA experience, including exploratory, functional, and regression testing.
1+ year of test automation experience, with the ability to read, debug, write, and modify automated tests.
Experience testing Android applications and web products.
Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Familiarity with logs, DevTools, and network inspection.
Daily practical use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Gemini in QA workflows.
Strong communication skills and good written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
Experience with Playwright.
Experience testing iOS applications.
Familiarity with TestRail, Jira, Charles Proxy, Proxyman, and Android Studio device debugging.
Experience validating analytics and event-tracking flows.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test monitoring.

Own quality checks for a SaaS product by combining exploratory and regression testing with Playwright automation, clear bug reporting, release verification, and validation of billing and customer data migrations.
Develop and maintain test plans and cases for healthcare software, perform functional, system, regression, API, and EDI testing, validate data with SQL, and coordinate defect resolution.
Perform manual UI, regression, and API testing for a React-based administrative platform, using Postman and MongoDB checks to identify defects and help improve software quality.
Develop and maintain automated and manual tests for SaaS web applications, collaborating with product and engineering teams to uncover issues, improve test coverage, and support an automation-first quality approach.
Perform manual testing of cloud-based enterprise applications, APIs, and data to identify defects, verify fixes, and help engineering teams deliver reliable features and improve QA processes.
