As AI reshapes how companies develop skills and share knowledge, we are bringing together Collaborative Learning, AI and enterprise-grade infrastructure to redefine the future of L&D.

We are now looking for a Chief Financial Officer / VP Finance to help lead this next chapter.

Reporting directly to Benjamin Marchal, our CEO, you will lead our global Finance organization and act as a strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Committee and Board.

Your mission: drive sustainable, profitable growth while strengthening financial discipline, operational performance and long-term value creation. You will help shape our SaaS operating model, optimize resource allocation and balance growth, profitability and cash generation.

Working closely with leaders across Revenue, Product, People and Operations, you will turn financial insights into business decisions, foster accountability and support our strategic priorities, including M&A, investor relations and future liquidity events.

We are looking for a Finance leader who combines strategic vision, strong business judgment and hands-on execution. Whether you are an experienced CFO or a VP Finance ready to step up, this is an opportunity to work directly with the CEO and Board and shape some of the company's most consequential decisions.

Who We Are 360Learning enables companies to upskill from within by turning their experts into champions for employee, customer, and partner growth. Founded in 2013, 360Learning has raised $240 million with 400+ team members across North America and EMEA. Learning Includes Everyone. In concert with our culture, 360Learning believes learning includes everyone and that means embracing the strengths of diversity, connectedness, and inclusion. Through conscientious efforts, our global footprint celebrates cultures, perspectives, and experiences from all over the world to support our platform that is built for all regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, veteran status or any other aspect which makes an individual unique or protected by laws and regulations in the locations where we operate. Thus, 360Learning is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace, and we commit to continue this throughout our processes for recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance, promotion, and all other conditions and terms of employment. We want to learn from and with you!

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Strengthen financial visibility through accurate forecasting, clear SaaS metrics and actionable management reporting.

  • Establish a strong financial business partnering approach with Revenue, Product, People and other functions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, productivity and resource allocation while protecting strategic investments.

  • Review our financial systems and data infrastructure, identifying automation and scalability opportunities.
