- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent across EPD roles.
- Previous experience recruiting and scaling an early-stage team.

- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to act as a trusted partner.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
