Design and deliver Microsoft 365 collaboration, modern workplace, identity, and cloud solutions, leading migrations and security implementations while advising customers and coordinating with project teams.
Own complex Level 3 escalations across Microsoft cloud environments, strengthen security and configuration standards, automate operations, and mentor engineers while driving customer technology modernisation.
Own the design, delivery, and operation of production Azure platforms, from infrastructure as code and CI/CD to security, observability, disaster recovery, and client infrastructure collaboration.
Integrate and operate distributed storage for large-scale GPU cloud workloads, tuning parallel I/O and multi-region reliability while owning the supporting image, driver, and registry pipeline.
Own the migration from Citrix DaaS on Nutanix to Azure Virtual Desktop managed through Nerdio, validating architecture, leading production cutover, and preparing IT staff to operate the environment.
