The Director, IT Portfolio & Delivery provides leadership for enterprise technology portfolio planning, governance, delivery management, and performance visibility. Working closely with Technology leadership and business partners, this role translates strategy into an integrated portfolio of initiatives, establishes consistent delivery practices, and enables informed prioritization, sequencing, capacity, funding, and risk decisions.

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.

Leads U.S. payer engagement and account strategy to improve coding, coverage, payment, and patient access for medical technologies, partnering across teams to translate evidence and value into access outcomes.
