- Own a product area end to end: understand customer problems, write precise specs, and drive execution with engineering and design.
- Become an industry expert, providing the mortgage and business context the team needs to solve important customer problems.
- Work closely with existing and prospective customers to deeply understand their needs and challenges.
- Shape how AI is applied in a regulated industry.
- Help shape the product team and its culture as well as Vesta's.
🛠️ Requirements
- High degree of curiosity and willingness to learn the mortgage ecosystem.
- Proactive and resourceful, able to navigate ambiguity and blockers.
- Ability to distill complex learnings into clear insights, especially in writing.
- Experience in financial services and/or enterprise products is a plus.
