- Review requirements, design test strategies, and execute tests across the QA lifecycle.
- Validate cross-platform workflows, integrations, APIs, data flows, and end-to-end business workflows.
- Create test plans, knowledge-base articles, and bug reports.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and QA peers in an Agile team.
- Work with the automation team to expand test automation coverage.
- Debug, investigate, and help resolve product issues.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software quality engineering
- Strong expertise in QA methodologies, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in testing web applications, APIs, integrations, data flows, and end-to-end business workflows
- Experience in Unix/Linux environments for log analysis and backend debugging
- Proficiency with SQL for database querying and data validation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player who is independent and a fast learner
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- Experience utilizing AI testing tools for test-case generation and optimize testing workflows
- Familiarity with SaaS based Enterprise Software

To help our customers improve their data quality, we are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to deliver high-value features for Veeva Network MDM.

As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will drive quality across complex, cutting-edge systems. In this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer success with every release.
