This role serves as the primary escalation point for advanced IT issues and maintains AWS environments, Azure/Entra identity integrations, networking, security, compliance activities, and critical business systems.

Maintains and secures corporate IT infrastructure across identity, endpoints, networks, and cloud platforms, while expanding automation, improving operational efficiency, and guiding infrastructure initiatives.
Own and scale corporate IT systems across identity, endpoints, AWS infrastructure, ServiceNow, and automation, strengthening security, reliability, and employee experience while serving as a senior escalation point.
Own employee IT support and scale a secure, reliable technology environment, including systems administration, identity and access, endpoint lifecycle, SaaS platforms, vendor management, and a Google Workspace-to-Microsoft 365 migration.
Own corporate IT across identity, Mac devices, and SaaS tools, applying security policies, supporting incident response, and automating onboarding, access reviews, and audit evidence.
