Senior Technical Consultant

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will design and deliver high-quality technical solutions across the Atlassian ecosystem, with increasing responsibility for incorporating AI-enabled workflows, automation, and intelligent system capabilities into client environments.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations, while contributing to architecture, delivery execution, and continuous improvement.

This role serves as a critical bridge between solution design and hands-on implementation, with growing ownership of AI-driven enhancements and modern delivery practices.

• Support and lead technical delivery for small to mid-sized engagements

• Collaborate with clients to understand system configurations, workflows, and technical challenges

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions

• Serve as a key contributor in solution design and implementation, acting as a secondary technical lead when appropriate

• Design, configure, and implement Atlassian-based solutions (Jira, JSM, Confluence, etc.)

• Contribute to defining technical architecture, approaches, and documentation

• Build and customize workflows ranging from basic to complex

• Develop integrations and extensions based on client requirements and technical specifications

• Ensure system performance, scalability, and feasibility within defined architectures

• Identify opportunities to enhance client systems using AI and automation capabilities

• Implement AI-assisted use cases such as:

  • Ticket summarization and knowledge generation

  • Workflow automation and intelligent routing

  • AI-assisted content creation and documentation

• Apply best practices for:

  • Prompt design and effective AI tool usage

  • Validation of AI-generated outputs (accuracy, consistency)

• Collaborate with senior team members to integrate AI into broader solution architectures

• Break down technical solutions into tasks and support execution across delivery teams

• Analyze and resolve technical issues during implementation

• Deploy, configure, and integrate applications based on client requirements

• Support cloud environment setup and configuration

• Execute and support Server/Data Center to Cloud migrations for small to mid-sized engagements

• Work closely with Solution Consultants and senior technical leaders to align delivery with client strategy

• Share knowledge and support junior consultants when needed

• Contribute to documentation, reusable assets, and best practices

• Stay current with Atlassian ecosystem updates and emerging technologies, including AI tools

• 2–5+ years of experience in technical consulting, system implementation, or digital transformation

• Strong working knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket)

• Experience configuring workflows, integrations, and automation within Atlassian environments

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations

• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience producing technical documentation, diagrams, and delivery artifacts

• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance workflows or delivery (e.g., copilots, automation tools)

• Understanding of common AI use cases in enterprise environments (e.g., service management, knowledge systems)

• Ability to assess and validate AI-generated outputs for quality and reliability

• Familiarity with:

  • Generative AI tools (e.g., LLM-based assistants)

  • Prompting techniques and structured usage patterns

  • AI-assisted automation concepts

• Experience integrating Atlassian tools with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other enterprise systems

• Experience supporting pre-sales or solution design activities

• Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, SAFe, or similar frameworks

• Experience with cloud migrations and system transformations

• Relevant certifications (Atlassian, ITIL, SAFe, etc.)

• Successful delivery of high-quality technical implementations

• Effective use of AI and automation to improve efficiency and user experience

• Timely resolution of technical challenges and delivery milestones

• Quality and clarity of technical documentation and deliverables

• Contribution to team knowledge, collaboration, and continuous improvement
