The United Firm, APC is expanding its legal team and is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Remote EOIR Case Assistant VA to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong client-service attitude, excellent case management skills, and at least 2 years of immigration law experience. This role requires an in-depth understanding of procedural requirements for EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) cases, as well as the ability to prepare, file, and manage various immigration-related petitions. In this position, the legal assistant will participate in all aspects of our immigration law practice, including managing client relationships, case preparation, review, and analysis.
