- Monitor cash balances and liquidity across bank accounts and countries.
- Maintain cash flow and funding models, analyze variances, and support financial planning.
- Support cross-border payments, reconciliations, and relationships with banks and payment providers.
- Maintain accurate financial data and automate recurring reports and operational processes.
- Partner with Compliance and Legal on regulatory requirements, audits, and financial controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
🛠️ Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, banking, payments, or fintech.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cash management, financial modeling, or multi-bank environments.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with automation or data tools is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
- Experience with banks, payment providers, or regulated financial institutions is a plus.
